Purpose : For day to day working capital need of Firm/Company
Loan Limits : Need Based Finance.
Margin : 30% Stock & 40% Bookdebt upto 90 Days*
Tenure : Sanctioned for a period of one year and the same shall be renewed on annual basis.
Primary Security : Hypothecation of Current Assets i.e. Stock & Receivables created out of Bank finance (present and future).
Collateral Security : Registered Equitable Mortgage of unencumbered & Title Clear Property or liquid security.
Pre payment : 2% p.a. only on total outstanding amount of all the credit facilities in case of takeover of account by other bank / Financial Institution
Share Linking : Max. Rs. 250
