Pre payment : 2% p.a. only on total outstanding amount of all the credit facilities in case of takeover of account by other bank / Financial Institution
Other Condition : Only properties with residual/Future age of mlnimum 20 years are allowed to be financed

- Micro Enterprise-Investment in P & M or Equipment does not exceed Rs.1/- Crore and Turnover does not exceed Rs. 5/- Crore.
- Small Enterprise-Investment in P & M or Equipment does not exceed Rs.10/- Crore and Turnover does not exceed Rs. 50/- Crore.
- Medium Enterprise-Investment in P & M or Equipment does not exceed Rs.50/- Crore and Turnover does not exceed Rs. 250/- Crore.
