SCHEME INFORMATION :

  • Individual Account Holder of our bank can apply
  • Age should be between 18-70 years
  • Claim amount will be paid to nominee in case of accidental death
  • Annual Premium Rs. 20/- (Period of Insurance 1st June to 31st May)
  • Prescribed consent cum declaration should be submitted by customer to join under this scheme
