  • Processing of all type of fresh /review/increase Ad-hoc credit proposals as per TAT norms complying banks, RBI guidelines.
  • Providing support / guidance to the branches in respect of preparing of credit proposals and appraisal notes and follow up of timely submission of renewal proposals.

Overall Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage Network projects. Design, install, test, implement, document, support, and maintain network operating systems and services. Excellent understanding of network security products and strategies. Very good communications skills as this position provides third level direct support for End users. Researches and demo new products to improve network performance and security. Set permissions for access, assign different levels of access to different levels of authority. Able to manage 1000+ nodes network over a WAN.

Qualifications

  • First class Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Computer Software / Systems Engineering / Computer Applications / Information Technology.
  • Minimum CCNA certification. CCNP certification would be given preference.

Work experience

  • You will have a minimum of 10 years of work experience preferably in the banking or financial services industry, having managed and administered large diversified WANs and LANs.
  • Knowledge of networking security, administration, and management are prerequisites.
  • You will demonstrate working knowledge on the following operating systems: Linux, Sun Solaris, Windows Server etc.

Knowledge and Experience of LAN and WAN

Strong knowledge of routing protocols e.g. static, BGP, EIBGP, RIPv1, RIPv2, RIPng, OSPFv2/v3, Policy Based Routing, Inter-VLAN routing (IVR). Excellent knowledge of security features Radius/TACACS+ Auth, ACLs, Time based ACL, Port Security - MAC limit and locking, IP Security, -DHCP snooping, ARP validation etc., Broadcast storm control, multicast storm control, unicast storm control, PVLAN, Port Isolation, and Control-Plane Protection, RSPAN, Bidirectional SPAN, Multiple destination ports per SPAN session, RADIUS Authentication for 802.1x login. Knowledge of Port security to secure the access to an access or trunk port based on MAC address, DHCP snooping, Dynamic ARP inspection (DAI), IP source guard. Knowledge of QoS, Voice QoS. Strong knowledge of IEEE Ethernet technologies. Knowledge of STP, RSTP, MST, VLAN, ACL, and all layer 2 and layer 3 protocols and technologies. Knowledge of NMS e.g. WhatsupGold, Solarwinds, Nagios etc.

Knowledge and Experience of WLAN (Wi-Fi)

In-depth knowledge of wireless standards, hardware, software and technology. Able to install, maintain and offer tech support for Wi-Fi systems in a variety of professional settings, such as schools, companies and government agencies. Good knowledgeable about Radio Frequency (RF) technologies, wireless local area network (LAN) hardware and software, wireless security and antenna also must have knowledge of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 802.11 wireless standards especially 802.11ac.

Troubleshooting skill of wireless end devices e.g. mobiles, tablets, printers, system. Hands on experience on Cisco, Ruckus, or HP Aruba wireless equipment.

Knowledge and Experience of Next Generation Firewall and UTM

Experience of analyzing and implementing complex firewall rules on firewalls and/or security devices. Demonstrated ability to analyze network traffic flows to reverse-engineer the required firewall ports and rules to allow secure access of applications. Experience with firewalls and a comprehensive knowledge of IP networking and network security including Intrusion Detection, DMZ, encryption, IPSec, PKI, VPNs, MPLS/VPN, Site to Site VPN tunnels, SSL/VPN, proxy services, and DNS.

Knowledge and Experience of Windows / Linux / Solaris Technology

General Administration Planning and Implementation - Active Directory - DNS/ DHCP/WINS/IIS administration. Manage and update group policy, users, OU and other services. In-depth of the following Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows 2008/2012/2016, Redhat Enterprise Linux and Sun Solaris. Able to handle services/server link squid, Apache, iptables, FTP, NFS etc.

Knowledge and Experience of Virtualization

Install, Mange and configure VMWare ESXi servers/VCenter server. Knowledge of vMotion, Storage vMotion, VSAN, Distributed Switch, Standard Switch, HA and load balancing.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
  • Install and maintain network hardware and software.
  • Analyse and isolate network issues
  • Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
  • Determine network and system requirements.
  • Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
  • Ensure network connectivity throughout Institute’s LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.

Job Description :

  • To initiate Legal cases against the eligible delinquent accounts referred by collections / as per Policy
  • To represent on behalf of Bank and give appearance in various courts if required in the capacity of Power of Attorney Holder and appear & face cross examination & file affidavits
  • To defend against bank cases and appear on behalf of the Bank if required, file replies & statements before Judiciary/ Quasi Judiciary & Law enforcement agencies.
  • To handle legal cases pertains to one or two products or all products or to handle any one or two Legal Resources, depending upon volume
  • To coordinate with advocates, Collection Team on day to day basis for issue of summons / warrants / executions etc.
  • To maintain and update Legal MIS / Reports on Legal matters

  • Dealing with references on legal issues received from various departments of the Bank and its associate institutions, which are mainly related to the interpretation of various statutes such as Reserve Bank of India Act 1934, Banking Regulation Act 1949, Foreign Exchange Management Act 1999, Companies Act, 1956, AML Act ‘Transfer of property act, Contract act & should be conversant with Banking, Service, Labour, Commercial Laws & other relevant laws. The person should have complete knowledge of SARFAESI Act' 2002 & Recovery of Debt Tribunals Act' 1993.
  • Preparing initial drafts of legislation administered/to be administered by the Bank.
  • Preparation of drafts of pleadings if required and comprehensive instructions/briefs to counsel in connection with litigation involving the Bank and its associate institutions.
